Delete Your ListIt Account
Applies to both the ListIt customer app and the ListIt Helper app.
You can request deletion of your ListIt account and the personal data tied to it whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
- Open the ListIt app (customer or helper) and sign in.
- From the home screen, tap the account/log-out icon in the top bar, then Delete my account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately, and you're signed out.
Option 2 — Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your ListIt account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

- Your account and sign-in credentials (phone number).
- Your profile: name, and for helpers, address and payout details.
- Your push-notification token and device information.
What we retain, and why
- Completed task and payment records are retained for accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are kept against your account ID, not your name or phone number once deletion completes.
- Records of any account suspension or fraud investigation, if applicable, may be retained to prevent re-registration for abuse.
